The H-Tree can be leaned against the wall like a ladder. For full stability and safety, we recommend securing it to the wall using the two screws provided.

For maximum stability, we recommend mounting the H-Tree to the wall.
On the back, an integrated keyhole system lets you install it easily using just two screws:

Place the two screws (included) into the wall, leave the heads slightly exposed, then hang the H-Tree onto the keyhole mounts.

Check once — done.

Wood surface: clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Felt toppers: vacuum or brush when needed.

Sisal surface: vacuum regularly — do not soak.

What materials is the H-Tree made from?

The H-Tree is made from solid wood, sisal, and wool felt — deliberately designed without plush. Its clear, architectural form emerges from the harmony between natural materials and minimalist design. Designed in Berlin.

Is the H-Tree expandable?

Yes — with the Extension Kit, you can add additional platforms. The maximum configuration is the H4, featuring four platforms. We don’t recommend exceeding this height to ensure lasting stability and safety.

Where is the best place to set up the H-Tree?

Cats love having their H-Tree near windows or lookout points — places where they can observe, nap, and keep everything in view. Avoid spots exposed to drafts or dead ends — your cat will feel most secure in calm, open areas with a clear perspective.

Is the H-Tree stable, and does it need to be mounted to the wall?

The H-Tree can be placed leaning against the wall, much like a ladder. For full stability and safety, however, we recommend securing it using the two designated mounting points. This ensures your H-Tree stays perfectly stable — even during energetic climbs and sprints.

How long does the sisal last, and can parts be replaced?

The lifespan of the sisal depends on how intensively and how often your cat uses the H-Tree. For some, the scratching elements remain in great condition for years, while more enthusiastic scratchers may wear them down sooner. To ensure lasting enjoyment, all sisal elements are replaceable. You can reorder and easily swap out individual parts at any time — without having to buy a new H-Tree. This way, your H-Tree remains a stable, aesthetic, and sustainable companion in your home.

How is the H-Tree delivered, and how does the return process work?

Depending on the model, the H-Tree weighs up to 25 kg and is securely packaged in a compact box for delivery to your home.
If a return is necessary, you can easily send it back within 14 days using standard shipping with common parcel services.
