We're looking for a creative mind who understands both visual storytelling and authentic community building.
You'll shape how H-Tree Studio appears online — from concept to content, from tone to timing.
- Develop and schedule social-media content (Instagram, Pinterest, and Meta Business Suite)
- Translate our brand values into visuals and captions that feel poetic, intelligent, and calm
- Assist in planning campaigns, newsletters, and influencer collaborations
- Monitor engagement and identify insights for organic growth
- Support photo & video production, occasionally on-site
- Collaborate directly with the founders on creative direction
- A strong sense for aesthetic composition, rhythm, and tone
- Experience with social media management (Instagram and Pinterest preferred)
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
- Excellent written communication in German and English
- Interest in design, interior aesthetics, and cats
- Reliability, curiosity, and a calm yet driven working style
- 20-hour flexible position with room to grow
